The service provided has helped immensely with getting mum back into a daily routine with her personal hygiene & getting dressed etc which, has proven invaluable to the family as there had previously resistance from mum when it came to family trying to encourage this, this is due to professionalism of the staff looking after mum's needs. This help & support also includes encouraging mum to eat regularly which, again was met. Knowing there is now a care plan in place and that any problems/issues are dealt with immediately and in a professional manner.
